Is today's Q written correctly? It doesn't "sound" right in my brain. I should probably know these types of things but
- I am not a writer (even though I work on internets)
- You get the idea so I don't really care that much.
- I'm awful.
Since it's Halloween times here on Buzznet, I thought that for today's question, I would ask you about scary places that you've been to. I do hope that you will come to play today. If you don't, this will be inside your closet tonight:
The rules for today are easy peas-y. You just have to tell us about a place that you went to where you picked up on some heebie jeebie vibes. Make it spooky. Make it fun. Enduce nightmares!
When I was small, my cousins and I used to wander around in the sewer tunnels behind their house. We would take flashlights and sticks and crawl into the maze that was the underworld. IT WAS AWESOME. Sometimes, we would go in there with the lights off just to see how far we could go. It was a pretty straight forward tunnel. It curved here and there but after a while, you could see this distant pin prick of light and then you knew you were almost at the end.
The part where you were in total darkness was always scary for me. You could look behind you or in front and see absolutely nothing. It was kind of awesome. My tiny heart would beat so fast that I thought it would burst from the cell block rib cage that contained it. I would run in the pitch black and stumble over things as I gasped for air. In hindsight, it was probably not the smrt thing to do but I was young and I didn't die, so whatever.
And now it's your turn!
What's the scariest place you've ever been to?
