Unpopular opinion- as awesome as some of those large banners were, they WERE too big. And scrolling down on pages with large banner was getting annoying. So I'm glad the changes were made. I forgive Buzznet for not warning us all first (and of course they had the super-likable El Rich deliver the news, so how pissed can we really get about this? LOL, not too much)...

Thing is, if the change affected my banner at all, it didn't ruin it. Still looks fine. I guess my banner isn't tricked out enough to where that change WOULD have made a difference. So... I don't have to do anything to my banner, thankfully. Sorry to everyone else who does.

If you just need to resize it you can do this with MS Paint or GIMP 2.0. I like GIMP better because you can also change the DPI or amount of pixel per inch so that the photo has better resolution when it's made larger (but of course all the messed up banners need to be made SMALLER now, so I guess pixel resolution doesn't matter here).
